Completely changed the way I deal with my employees. I was quickly able to see that I needed to make an employee change and make that change. I now have short weekly meeting with all of my employees individually and am able to make changes. I am now proactive not reactive!! A must for any shop owner that wants to run a shop that works for them and gives them what they want, not to work for a shop that is slowly killing them...
